December 20, 2025 marked a significant turning point for TYFC. We are thrilled to announce the official launch of the Bright Future Fencing Program, an initiative heartfully crafted by our founder, Chin Yu Oo (Ally ). 🤺

 

- Partnering for Success: SEL Family Learning Day

To kick off the program, TYFC had the privilege of partnering with Hualien Xincheng Elementary School during their "SEL Family Learning Day" in Taipei. We welcomed 21 incredible students—ranging from kindergarteners to 8th graders—as our newest Future Athletes.

 

- More Than Just a Sport

Our team guided these young athletes through a comprehensive introduction to the world of fencing, covering:

• Heritage: Exploring historical roots and traditional French terminology.

• Technique: Mastering essential footwork and specialized conditioning.

• The Duel: Understanding rules and gearing up for their very first safe, real-life sparring sessions.

For us, this program is about more than competition; it is about sharing the discipline, respect, and grit that fencing instills in every practitioner.
